North Valley Plastic Surgery would like to extend a free consultation with one of our plastic surgeons. The consultation is the perfect time to ask questions, share any concerns or discuss the expectations you have regarding the procedure(s) of your choice.
After the consultation, you will receive an estimate for the procedure(s) you want. If you would like to get started, please share some basic information about yourself, by filling in the form below. Our Cosmetic Coordinator, Michelle Conley-Johnson, will contact you to schedule your free consultation.
Additionally, most of the surgeries are performed at the North Valley Outpatient Surgery Center, which is located in the adjoining suite in the Desert Ridge Medical Campus.

For our patient's privacy, North Valley Outpatient Surgery Center also provides a separate exit for easy access after surgery.
