Alama Lasers just released the Harmony XL Pro™ and Arizona Facial Plastics is the first to have it in Arizona.
The Harmony XL Pro can be used for six indications: Skin Remodeling, Vascular Lesions, Pigmented Lesions, Tone and Texture, Hair Removal, and Acne. Each may be treated using a single technology or a combination of technologies and treatment approaches to achieve outstanding results. The modules are designed to work independently or together depending on the needs of the patient. Dr. Ethan Philpott, an Arizona board certified plastic surgeon says, “I’m excited about the new Harmony Pro because it can treat more skin types than ever. This laser can adapt to a teenager’s skin in one treatment and adapt to an older adult’s skin the next moment. Almost any skin type or shade can be treated. It’s more powerful, safer, and I think patients are going to be amazed with their results.”
What are the new treatments that Harmony Offers?
Variable depth control allows practitioners to combine both deep and superficial treatment approaches depending on the area being treated, the skin type and the indication. ClearLift is for skin tightening, collagen remodeling, melasma, and photo damage. Prices depend on the area needing to be covered. The ClearLift can treat other areas as well but requires a complimentary assessment. Treatments can be done on the same day as consultation if desired.
Photo Facial DYE-VL
The Alma Harmony XL – DYE VL is Arizona Facial Plastics’s laser of choice for treating pigmented and vascular lesions in our patients. For most of the benign pigmented lesions that are of a cosmetic concern, we feel that this is the best non-surgical option available. Prices depend on the area needing to be covered. “Spot Treatments” to be considered as mild. Treatments can be done on the same day as consultation if desired. What’s it like getting treated with the Harmony? Getting treated with the Harmony is like getting a typical laser treatment but it’s more powerful, effective, and safer. After a brief but thorough skin consultation, the correct settings are selected for the treatment. Skin numbing creams and ice packs are sometimes applied to keep the patient comfortable. The treatment time varies with the size of the area treated as well as the type of treatment being performed. This can take anywhere from five minutes for a spot treatment to an hour for multiple large areas. After the treatment the skin should be kept cool and out of the sun. You’ll be amazed with the results!
